We have been established since 2008 and together with our Parent Company @LimoCars.Sg Pte Ltd fulfilled more than 300+ reservations per month for Weddings, Events and Corporate Transfers. Our full time operations team can serve you around the clock to ensure your reservations are fulfilled reliably and timely (on standby 24 hours). Over the years, we have established our niche in this industry and have grown to serve the needs of corporate and MNC clientele. To add as an achievement in 2012 – We are the transport host for 2012 Bollywood IIFA event serving Bollywood A-List / VIP guests and providing more than 100 Mercedes and BMW vehicles in Singapore.
Unlike private one-man operator and single car owner who work individually and do not have the resources of a team and their fleet of vehicles, we can provide backups and contingencies in the event of vehicle breakdown and driver replacement. Our IT infrastructure with a customer website frontend allows you to view or modify your reservations online and track any updates. We are in progress to add mobile apps so you can track any reservation close to real time update.
To date. we provide a wide varietly of vehicles mix from Limousine Sedans such as Mercedes E-Class CGI (new Model) and S-Class, Toyota Alphard (7 seaters) to Large Group Transport ie Hi Ace Combi (13-Seaters) , 23 seaters and 44 seaters for escort. Our premium customers who wants the best for their guests can count on the Rolls Royce Phantom, Bentley Continental for a luxurious and opulent experience. Incidently ,we also received enquiries from customers who were “scammed” when these individuals do not turn up during their Actual Day while some others provide sub par service, dangerous driving, not knowing roads and poor attitude as they are not properly trained in chauffeur service and are only part timers. Our advice to customers is you check their ACRA corporate registration certificates and physical office and office land lines (not just handphone numbers) if they claimed to be proper registered companies providing transport services as you do not want amateurs to be driving for you on this important occasion.
To add, we do not bear any responsibility if customer engaged any services or have made any payment to these companies / or individuals bearing very similar names to WeddingCars.Sg | LimoCars.Sg and our registered websites www.weddingcars.sg or www.limocars.sg. All our clients should receive proper computerized receipts auto- generated by our system to your email address bearing our logo and corporate letterhead. We can also be reached at the above contact information.
How do I make an enquiry or confirm my WeddingCar reservation?
Step 1 – Click on the [Enquire] button for the car you desire and fill in the reservation details
Step 2 – Within 48 hours, our coordinator will confirm the availability and send you a quotation for your confirmation and a link for credit card payment
Final Step – To confirm the reservation, simply click on our URL link in email enclosed to you to make credit card payment online. After your payment and within the next 24 hours , our system will send you an email receipt. If you have not received the receipt, pls call us (65) 9131 7070 (during our opening hours) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that we will hold each reservation for your requested service date for 3 days (72 hours) from the date of our email reply to you. We regret that if we did not receive any confirmation from you, we will release the availability of the date to other couples enquiries (if any).
Advance Booking Period – To avoid disappointment on your desired Wedding Car, we recommend booking 8 months in advance if your wedding falls on a weekend (Fri-Sun) and booking 6 months in advance if your wedding falls on weekday (Mon-Thurs).
Last Minute Booking - If your wedding date is already near , check out our “Last Minute Promotions”, we may have some attractive promotions and would be glad to assist you. Note: Not all car models are available as we prioritized advance bookings by customers.
Dispatch Information on your Wedding Car – 3 days before your service date, our staff will send an email to you on the dispatch information on the vehicle and driver details. Should you prefer to know your dispatch information earlier, just contact our staff for assistance or email email@example.com
I need a different start and end time, why do this request have to be subject to availability and extra charge ?
We have to ensure a smooth handover to the next customer to minimize disruption especially during the weekend period. Before the next customer service, we have to clean the car, top up petrol, change driver shift (or allow meals), arrange car decoration etc similarly to what we have prepare for you before your service starts. If the timing is too close between the 2 customers, then we cannot allow extension in order not to compromise on our service standards.
We have to charge extra if it involves more hours (or odd hours) / trips as we have to pay our drivers and petrol costs.
Do I have to confirm my reservation in advance?
We recommend so to avoid disappointment on your desired Wedding Car, a guideline would be booking 8 months in advance if your wedding falls on a weekend (Fri-Sun) and booking 6 months in advance if your wedding falls on weekday (Mon-Thurs).
We also have “Early Bird Promotions” for advance order more than 6 months, do check with us for list of cars available for promotion so you enjoy a discount for booking early
My Wedding is next week, can I still confirm a reservation for my Wedding Cars ?
Yes we accept reservation even for the next day, however just note our available car models may be very limited by then , do check out our “Last Minute Promotions” for cars available. Also this promotion are meant for off peak seasons.
If you like or insists on one of our particular WeddingCar model, we certainly DO NOT recommend you wait till “Last Minute Promotions” as you may be disappointed.
I only need 1 or 2 trips for my wedding and do not wish to book by the hour, what are my options?
Yes we do accomodate 1 or 2 way transfers, however we would be using limited model for transfers and do not include any car decorations (we may however door floral corsages at your request). You can refer to www.limocars.com.sg for our full fleet of vehicles providing transfers.

Do you provide escort or bus vehicles for my guests or relatives ?
Yes we do. In fact , if you book an additional escort vehicle and your wedding car through us, we will offer you a discount package.

How about Car Floral Decorations?
We offer very attractive bundle package for cars together with floral decorations done by our professional florist. However these are bundled deals and may only be available to certain vehicle makes depending on the promotion period. Pls enquire from our staff
For customers who have designated their own florist or bridal studio, we can send the car for decorations the night before. This is complimentary if located within central area and within our timing.
What are the requirements of renting a Self Drive Wedding car?
For Self Drive Cars – Driver must produce a valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license and identity card (locals) or International driver’s license translated in English with passport (foreigners). Minimum age is above 23 and maximum 60 years old. A minimum of 2-year qualified driving experience is required.
For Chauffeur Drive Cars – no requirements since you would only be a passenger
What does your car rental insurance cover?
Vehicle is insured to cover unlimited third-party liability and property damage up to S$ 500,000.
What happens if my vehicle is involved in an accident?
You must report all accidents to Weddingcars.sg immediately. Hirer shall not admit liability and should take photographs (using camera or smartphone) from as many angles and the specific area of damage. Should there be bodily injuries, the hirer must report to the Singapore Traffic Police within 24 hours. The original copy of the accident report must be forwarded to our office as soon as possible. For non-injury accident case, the hirer is required to fill in a non-injury motor accident report form, which can be obtained from Weddingcars.sg.
Can the Wedding car be driven overseas?
Wedding cars are strictly for Singapore use only. If the hired vehicle is driven into Malaysia, the hirer shall be responsible for the full cost of recovery / towing charges back to Singapore in the event of a breakdown plus an unlimited liability should an accident occur.
What if the Wedding car breaks down?
During office hours, you should notify our Weddingcars.sg office at +65 6735 0735. After office hours, the hirer should call us at +65 9131 7070
What if there is an additional driver?
You need to register any additional driver with Weddingcars.sg before he/she is allowed to drive the hired vehicle. Otherwise, he/she will not be covered by insurance.
We normally allow only one driver (yourself) and one additional driver.
May I view the desired car prior to booking?
Must I put a security deposit upon collection of the Wedding car? If yes, how much?
Yes, we require security deposit amount for all Self Drive cars since there is possibility of damage by yourself in the course of driving. Generally, the security deposit $1000.
However, the security deposit will be fully refunded immediately upon return of the car damage-free.
Is petrol included?
For Chauffeur Drive Cars, all Petrol / ERP / Parking charges are included in our quotation to you
For Self Drive Cars, all Petrol / ERP / Parking charges are NOT included in our quotation to you. Hirer should refill the petrol to the same level as at the start of rental. If the tank is not refuelled to the original level when we deliver to you, we have to charge S$25 for every 1/8 tank shortfall
What if I receive a parking ticket or traffic offence?
For Self Drive vehicle: Hirer is responsible for all parking and traffic violations and it is the responsibility of the hirer to have a cash card and sufficient stored value for ERP gantries and parking purpose
This is not applicable for chauffuer drive vehicle since our driver is driving the vehicle.
